2. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties

4.2 Contract Duration and Termination

Free usage relationships can be terminated by either party at any time. For subscriptions, the term is automatically extended by the agreed period unless terminated in due time. The notice period is one month to the end of the month.

5. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, to the extent legally permissible, is our registered office.

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes will be communicated to users. If a user objects to changed terms, the user has the right to extraordinary termination.
